Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for the following reasons:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Size or fitting issues (on a case-by-case basis)

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Undergarments and hygiene-sensitive products
  • Customized or personalized items

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@funkyolo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color (based on availability). Please follow the return process and mention that you would like an exchange.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
